Tonite at Fantasia I've watched the movie 'Super', starring Rainn Wilson, Ellen Page and Lyv Tyler. Now.... How can I say this.... it was unexpected. After watching the trailer I wasn't really into it. This kind of reminded of of 'Kick Ass' I had seen like last year. There are so super heroes ( as well as wannabe-super-heroes) movie out there that it's hard to think 'well great another super hero movie'.
But 'Super' has it's own thing, it was a tad more violent and a bitsy more bloody than I was thought it would be. Rainn Wilson was hilarious and very believable. And well, when I saw 'Ellen Paige'..... in a super hero movie really? But no, everything blended quite well. And well... Kevin Bacon who is also in there, playing the main 'villain' well, Kevin Bacon has a face to be a bad guy, what can he do!
In all seriousness, if you like super heroes go rent this movie.
If you don't like super heroes....... Get up and go rent this movie!
