Some ppl are complaining that it's more a movie than an actual game, but that makes me happy because sometimes I like to play a different genre.
So far indeed I feel more like watching a movie and at times I decided of the outcome of a scene. I'm yet not too sure how much the decisions you take influences the gameplay... I do know it influences the ending. I know they wanted the player to feel emotionally involve, does it work? Well for me it does, because I'm a girl? Or maybe because I'm part of a generation where parenthood is a 'touchy' subject? I'm not too sure...
So far the game looks pretty, characters are well made and have a lot of personality to them, I think this is what makes me like it too. I feel for the guy who lost his son and then after has his other son kidnaped. I think the detective has a grumpy-friendly face and I kinda think he looks like Monk (tv serie nah? : ) There is also this girl, with the freaky apartment scene... For now I'm not too sure who she is... But yes, I'm having fun seeing all those stories related to the origami killer come together.
On that note, will keep playing and will keep you posted!
