Iphone: Tiny Tower
I was talking recently with some ppl about Iphone games. I cannot say that I have a lot of them on my Iphone, but I have a few that were recommended by friends and by people I have worked with. One of them being 'Tiny Tower'.When I was a kid, I really enjoyed 'Theme Park' I kinda like games where you manage stuff~!
So far I have only 1 tower, I'm guessing that you can have more eventually. Is there a max number of floors withing a tower, or you must have to pay to get more than 1 tower? I will soon find out.
The music is cute, almost like being in an elevator~! The little people living in your tower are called 'Bitizens'. Each of them have certain skills: 'Food,Service,Recreation,Retail,Creative'. They also have their 'Dream job', so you can open stores in your tower and make your Bitizens work in it. If you assign Bitizen to his 'dream job' he will get you more money! More money means more floors that you can build to achieve the biggest and coolest tower ever!
A thing that I completely didn't see when I installed and started the game... Notifications! The game reminded me with a loud notification at 3am that my 'Pork Kastu' was ready inside my Tea shop. So... You might want to go in the settings withing the ingame options to disable your Tiny Tower notification, just a friendly advice.
There are 2 in game currency: 'coins' and 'Tower bux'. You can of course buy Tower bux with real money so you can pimp your tower faster. Or even buy outfits for your Bitizens. That being said, I'm not sure if dressing up your Bitizens have any influences on the gameplay, would be cool if it has a way to influence incomes depending on which floor your Bitizen is assigned to.
So far, cute game. I play maybe once or twice a day, to check how much money my hard working Bitizen made so I can add floors to my tower. There are some sections of the game I didn't try yet like 'missions' or 'adding friends', I shall do that in the next few days!
Cheers
